About Me.
My name is Randy Garcia, and over the past 7+ years, I’ve dedicated my life to mastering the art and science of dog training—specializing in advanced obedience, behavior modification, and clear, effective communication.
My education includes certification through NePoPo® Gold School, one of the most respected and demanding training programs in the world.
That level of training allows me to deliver something most programs can’t—real-world reliability without sacrificing your dog’s personality.
I’m based right here in Amarillo, Texas, and I operate differently than most.
This is not a franchise.
This is not a multi-trainer facility.
And your dog is never handed off to anyone else.
When you train with Temple of the Dog, you work directly with me—Randy Garcia—from start to finish.
A Higher Standard of Training
I take pride in delivering a true white-glove experience—not just for you, but for your dog.
Every dog that comes through my program:
-
Goes home clean, well-manicured, and cared for—often better than they arrived
-
Leaves more confident, more engaged, and clearer in communication
-
Develops a genuine desire to work and learn—not robotic obedience
Because great training isn’t about shutting a dog down—it’s about bringing the best out of them.
Customized for Your Dog
No two dogs are the same—and I train them that way.
Every program is fully customized to your dog’s personality, temperament, and your goals as an owner. Whether your dog is high-drive, sensitive, anxious, or pushing behavioral boundaries, I adjust the approach to fit the dog in front of me.
I don’t take personality away—I shape it, refine it, and give it direction.

"Over the past 7 years, l've earned multiple certifications in advanced obedience, behavior modification, and e-collar communication— building a reputation for producing off-leash reliability and real-world results."
"With hundreds of successful client transformations and numerous five-star reviews, my training philosophy is rooted in structure, clarity, and trust. The foundation of my approach was shaped during my years as a lead trainer at a top-tier national franchise, and refined further through continued education and hands-or esults."
I began my professional career under one of the most recognized dog training systems in the country, where I gained extensive experience and earned a reputation for reliable, off-leash obedience.
Today, I bring that same level of structure, communication, and results-driven training to every dog I work with—now under my own company,
Temple of the Dog.
